Delivery Information

How long will my order take?
All orders are printed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Delivery costs
Delivery is free on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no matter how many magnets you order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery is something we're working on — check back soon.

Will I know when my order has been sent?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you know it's on its way.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch via our contact page and we'll look into it straight away.
