Our guarantee We want you to love your magnets. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with the print, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Incorrect orders If we've made an error with your order, contact us and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.

Personalised items Because every magnet is custom-made to order using your photo, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your photo is clear and high resolution before placing your order.
